Coach janay

Coach Janay is a former Division I women’s basketball player and experienced coach committed to developing athletes on and off the court. She has coached at the youth, elementary, high school, and travel levels across North Carolina, Illinois, and Maryland, with a strong emphasis on skill development, confidence, and basketball IQ. A superb student-athlete and collegiate player at Middle Tennessee State University, she earned four regular-season conference championships, multiple tournament titles, and four NCAA Tournament appearances, along with academic and leadership honors. Beyond coaching, she leads Queens Court Hoops and has served as a WNBA co-chaplain with the Chicago Sky (2022-2023), bringing a holistic approach to mentorship, leadership, and athlete development.

Most importantly she is a happy wife, and mother of Justus and Brielle.
