Coach Cason brings relevant and remarkable experience as a former high school standout as an all-region, all-district member, tabbing the 2011 Tennessee Sports Writers Association All-State Team. She is a also an alumni and former Division 1 player from Middle Tennessee State University where she totaled, 3 NCAA tournament appearance, 2 conference championships and 1 WNIT appearance. Coach Cason also comes with nearly 10 year coaching experience of girls amateur basketball and certified amateur officiating experience of nearly 5 years. She is the current Girls Basketball Head Coach at La Vergne High School where she has been since the 2025 season.
