A 7-week developmental league, designed for skill and IQ growth. This is not a rec league, but intentional for young queens to prepare for their middle school basketball season & elevate their game.

❋ Intentional Structure

Athletes practice 1x a week and scrimmage 1x a week giving them consistent reps in both learning and live play.

During each 2 hour practice:

  • 30 minutes will be dedicated to film review of the previous week’s scrimmage - breaking down decision-making, to help athletes learn to love studying the game.

  • Another 30 min will be dedicated to strength, agility & speed training that also aids in injury prevention.

  • The last hour will be training including skill development and prep for scrimmaging.

Game film will also be available to parents to view with their athlete at home also!

❋ Elite Preparation

At practice, athletes will focus on skill work development and learn foundational and universal offenses , such as:

  • FLEX,

  • HORNS SET and

  • AMERICA’S PLAY

We will also teach man-to-man defensive principles.

The athletes will also be developed in their athleticism with top of the line strength, agility and speed training.

This preparation will translate to High School & Beyond!

❋ Quality Facilitation & Coaching

Led by experienced coaches who know how to hold space for mistakes to teach, challenge players to not settle, and keep players engaged with purpose and goals. Our coaches bleed with passion specifically for girls basketball and want to see every athlete grow and succeed in the sport they love to play.

❋ A Supportive Space for FEMALE athletes

Our league supports safety, respect, resources and encouragement for our young female athletes. This will be one of few spaces catering to a competitive, supportive experience for our future female athletic leaders.
