This is a showcase for all girls basketball players who are unsigned seniors, rising juniors, sophomores and freshmen where HBCU schools are welcomed to attend to help us celebrate Juneteenth.

Our showcase format is regulation 5-on-5 continuous play -meaning we place you on a team of five and you run with your five for a regulation play of 6-minute games in rotation, until the showcase is over! We will be keeping track of stats, and observing play to award,

A Juneteenth Crown Classic Defensive Queen
This will be fast-paced continuous play. Once your 6-minute game is complete, another 10 will hop on the court for tip-off and play! Everyone that signs up will be guaranteed at least 3 games.
Special Rules:
High School regulation rules with the exception of:
All fouls committed will be rewarded 1-point automatically and possession of the ball.
Continuous running clock
Tie-breakers will end in “sudden death” rules, first team that scores after regulation wins
We are inviting HBCU Coaches to attend to help us celebrate a new tradition to honor the history of Juneteenth with women’s basketball. An updated list of HBCU coaches who gave us their RSVP, will be sent out in advance to the showcase.
